They were created to help customers build better business relationships by sending thoughtful, relevant gestures of appreciation to their clients, prospects and colleagues.

They are looking for a part-time PR & Communications Consultant who will bring the brand to life through thoughtful storytelling that educates prospects about our product, inspires customers to engage and drives incremental business.

You are well versed in B2B media relations, corporate communications and brand marketing for both thought leadership and sales enablement, collaborative in your campaign process, and willing to contribute in a fast-paced environment where business needs can expand beyond your job description.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a media relations strategy that generates a drumbeat of placements in target publications and drives measurable uplift in referral traffic.
Take the lead on the identification and submission of speaking opportunities that build the company profile and thought leadership, as well as the creation of the narrative.
Source and submit for relevant industry and culture awards that drive awareness and employer brand.
Support for upcoming brand campaigns to drive virality, publication, and associates Thnks with gratitude and growth in the B2B business world.
Managing day-to-day external communications, including the creation and pitching of press releases, product launches, etc.
Support in the advancement and growth of the overall Thnks brand.
Partner and collaborate closely with the Executive, Marketing, and overall Thnks team.

requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, ideally in communications, marketing or business-centric field.
7+ years experience in public relations, corporate communications, marketing, copywriting or social media.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills with attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and to identify opportunities for clients.
Excellent knowledge of the media landscape, particularly within technology, healthcare or finance.
A team-player and self-starter with the ability to work independently and/or remotely.
Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
Proficiency in social media and analytics.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Hubspot preferred.
